Adding a Guest as a Presenter

How to add a guest to an agenda item as a presenter

Anyone listed in the Meeting Attendees can be selected as a presenter.

If a guest is not listed under Meeting Attendees (usually because they don't have a BoardPro account) we suggest noting them in the Purpose field.

In both cases, the name(s) will appear directly under the title on the Agenda.
