With BoardPro's annotation feature any documents that have a note/annotation will have an orange pencil found on the top right hand corner.

You can also quickly view any notes/annotations by clicking on the down arrow on the top left of the annotation bar and select Annotations:

The list will show all notes that have been added to that document. To view a specific note click and it will open.
