When, or if the Board Pack, for example with a new version of a document or agenda items, you will be able to find previous versions by clicking on the 3 dots (context menu) on the top right of the screen.

Click on Previous Versions to see a list of all the times it has been updated and click on the one you wish to review.

Open the Latest Version by clicking on the orange text box at the top.

NOTE: You cannot annotate previous versions. Any notes/annotations that you made previously will be carried through to the new version where you can continue to annotate.
