Committees added to your organisation can be found under the Main Board menu in the top-left corner of your home screen.
To add people to your committee:
Click on People within the committee.
Select Import People at the top of the list, next to Add People.
A pop-up box will appear showing the names of people on the main board who still need to be added to your committee.
Scroll through the list and select the names of the individuals you want to add.
To copy their interests, click Yes when prompted.

Why can't I see the Import People option?
This feature is only available to users with Administrator, Committee Secretary, or Committee Chair access levels.
Can someone have a different access level on the committee than the board?
Yes, committee access levels are independent of the board access level. When someone is first imported, their access level will match their board account access level. For example, a person may be the board chair but hold a different role within the committee. We recommend adjusting committee access levels to align with each person's role within the committee.
Why can't the Committee Members see the Committee?
Before people can see the committee, you must grant them access. When first added, each person will have "No Access."
Access will be granted immediately if they have already set up a login (accepted an invite from another board or committee and created a password). They will receive an email notification informing them they can now access the committee through My BoardPro.
If they are "new," an invitation will be sent, and they will need to complete the login process to gain access.
