Between Meetings is a feature found on the Premium and Ultimate plans.
When a new comment is added to a Between Meeting Report or a Flying Minute (also known as a Circular Resolution), board members receive an email notification advising that a comment has been added or replied to.
Note: When you post a comment you do not receive any confirmation email yourself. Everyone else on the report with notifications enabled will get an email about it.
Reply to a comment
You can reply to a comment directly from the notification email.
Note:
If you click the report title in the email, BoardPro opens the Between Meeting Report, where you can also add a reply.
Turn off comment notifications
If you no longer want to receive notifications for a specific report, open the report in BoardPro and click the Email notifications icon next to the comments section at the bottom of the report.
Note:
The report owner cannot turn off notifications for that report.
