My Board Member appears as "Attendee" on the Agenda - new UI

My Board Members are not showing as Board Members for the meeting

If a Board Member is incorrectly listed as an attendee, here is how to fix it:

Are they tagged as a Board Member on the People List?

  • "No", then you will need to tag them as a Board Member

  • "Yes", then remove and re-add them to the Meeting

How to check if they have been tagged as a Board Member

Open your People list page and select the Non-Board Members tab. If your Board Member is listed here, then click on the context menu (3 dots) at the end of their name and select Edit.

In the Edit Person pop-up box, check the "Board Member" box and then click Save Changes.

They will now be found under Board Members (with a green tick beside Board Member) and presented correctly in the Agenda and Minutes.

Remove and Re-add

Could you remove them from the attendee list if they are still not showing correctly and re-add them? Note: If you are in the published agenda stage, you will need to republish the agenda
