What is an Account Owner?
The Account Owner is the person responsible for managing the account and making subscription-related decisions in BoardPro. This person is identified with an "Account Owner" tag on the People List page.
This person needs login access, and must have one of the following access levels: Administrator, Chair, or Board Secretary, and they must have login access. They do not need to be a Board Member.
If your account owner is also the contact person for your subscription and invoices, please contact BoardPro support to update the information. You can reach us via the blue chat icon in the lower right corner of BoardPro or by emailing support@boardpro.io.
Changing the Account Owner
Only the current Account Owner can transfer ownership to another person on your board.
To select the person who will become the new Account Owner, click the three dots (context menu) at the end of the person's name and select Make Account Owner.
In the pop-up box, type Transfer and click the orange Transfer button.
