Select your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner of BoardPro to open your profile menu. This menu provides quick access to your personal settings, account information, and other useful options.
1. Select Settings to open the My Account page, where you can manage your personal account details, including your name, profile picture, email address, and password.
You can also enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.
For security and privacy reasons, only you can view and update your account settings.
2. Select My Organisations to view all boards, committees, and other organisations that you are a member of in BoardPro.
From this page, you can quickly switch between organisations and access the relevant board or committee workspace.
3. Select Help Centre to access BoardPro's library of help articles, guides, and video tutorials. The Help Centre provides step-by-step instructions and best practice guidance to help you get the most out of BoardPro's features and functionality.
5. Terms : Links to BoardPro's Terms of Use.
6. Privacy : Directs you to the Privacy Policy.
7. Contact : A quick link to the Contact Us page, routing your enquiry through the support team.
8. Logout : Logs you out safely and returns you to the BoardPro sign-in screen.
