You can use BoardPro’s Meeting Documents search to find a keyword in the title of:

  • Documents attached to any agenda

  • Agenda items

  • Minutes

  • Actions

  • Decisions- Board packs

Additionally, you can locate specific decisions, whether approved or unapproved, by using the Decision Register for approved decisions or examining the relevant meeting's minutes for unapproved decisions.

However, it is important to note that the search function cannot locate keywords within the body text of attached documents; it only searches document titles.

How to search Meeting Documents, Agenda Items, and Minutes:

  1. On the left navigation bar, go to DocumentsMeeting Documents.

  2. Use the search bar to enter your keyword and locate the relevant item.

  3. Alternatively, click on the magnifying glass icon for a quick search across Board Packs by entering keywords.

BoardPro organizes past meeting documents, including agendas and board packs, chronologically, making it easier for users to locate historical records even if specific dates are not known.

In the search box, type in the keywords you are looking for. Search results will display the following details:

  • The title of the document, agenda item, or minute.

  • The agenda item the document is linked to (if applicable).

  • The meeting title and the meeting date.

  • The document file type (e.g., PDF, Word).

  • If the result is an agenda title.

  • If the result is a minute, whether it is a Note, Decision, or Action.

Clicking on different areas will open:

  1. The specific Agenda Item.

  2. The Meeting Details page.

  3. A Preview of the attached document.

  4. The Context Menu is where you can open or preview the agenda or minutes.
