With board members often joining meetings from different time zones, BoardPro automatically displays the meeting start time in each participant's local time zone.
On the Meeting Details page, you'll see the meeting location (for example, Auckland) along with its associated time zone (Pacific/Auckland). Each participant will see the meeting time converted to their own local time zone, helping everyone join at the correct time.
Click My Time to display the meeting date, time, and time zone based on your current location.
