Overview
Sometimes, you may need to give temporary access to a Board Pack for a meeting to one-off guests or viewers who are not members of your organisation in BoardPro. To do this, you can share a direct access link via email.
Share a Board Pack
On the Meeting page, under the Attendees list, click Share with Others.
Enter the Name and Email Address of the person you want to share the Board Pack with, then click Share. This will send an email with an access link to the recipient.
Note: Recipients with this link will only have access to the specific Board Pack shared with them.
Preview the Board Pack
You can click Preview to see what the recipient will see before sharing.
Manage shared access
Once shared, the recipient will appear under Shared with, showing when the Board Pack was shared and when their access link will expire.
The access link will automatically expire after 30 days. External users accessing via this link can only view the shared Board Pack and cannot access other content.
Reshare or revoke access
You can return to this menu at any time to manage access:
Click Reshare to send the link again
Click Revoke to remove access before the 30-day expiry
