Stay in step with your meeting Chair by navigating your board pack using the Thumbnail and Outline views.
Use the Thumbnail view
The Thumbnail view on the left side of the screen allows you to quickly jump to a specific document within your board pack.
Scroll through the thumbnails and select the document you want to open. The main viewing window will automatically navigate to your selection.
Use the Outline view
Select the Outline button to open the document outline.
From the outline, choose a section to quickly navigate to that part of your board pack.
Tip:
Use the Outline view to quickly move between sections of longer documents without scrolling through the entire board pack.
