Open the Board Pack
There are three ways to access the Board Pack for a meeting:
From the meeting email notification.
Select Board Pack on the meeting card.
Open the meeting, then select Board Pack in the top-right corner and choose View.
Navigate the Board Pack
Once the Board Pack opens:
The left-hand panel displays thumbnail previews of all documents included in the Board Pack.
The selected document is displayed in the main viewing area.
You can navigate through the Board Pack by:
Scrolling continuously through the Board Pack.
Selecting a document from the thumbnail list.
You can also scroll above the agenda to access the Index page, which provides an overview of the Board Pack contents.
Use the toolbar
The toolbar at the top of the Board Pack allows you to:
Open the Outline view.
Navigate to a specific page.
Zoom in or out.
Change the page layout.
Use annotation tools, including Highlighter, Pen, Sticky Note, Text, Shapes, and Eraser.
Open Settings.
Search for a keyword.
Enter Fullscreen mode.
Download the Board Pack (if permitted by your organisation).
Annotate the Board Pack
Yes. If your board is on the Essentials Plan, you must opt in to use BoardPro Notes for each meeting.

For a seamless annotation experience across all meetings, consider upgrading to the Premium Plan. In addition to BoardPro Notes, the Premium Plan includes:
