My Board Has Subscribed to the Essentials Plan. Where Can I Find the Board Pack?
There are three ways you can access the board pack for a meeting:
From the Email Notification
2. Click directly on “Board Pack” on the Meeting Card
3. From within the meeting, click on the Board Pack menu at the top right-hand side of the screen and select View.
Once the board pack opens:
The left-hand panel displays thumbnail previews of all documents included in the Board Pack.
The selected document is displayed in the main viewing area on the right. To move between documents, you can:
Scroll continuously through the Board Pack.
Select a document directly from the thumbnail list.
You can also scroll above the agenda to access the Index page, which provides an overview of the Board Pack contents.
On the top menu bar:
Is the Outline page of the board pack
Select a page
Zoom in or out
Page layout
Annotation tools (highlighter, pen, sticky notes, text, shapes and an eraser)
Settings
Search for a keyword
Fullscreen
Download (if permissible by your organisation)
Can I annotate the Board Pack?
Yes, if your Board is on the Essentials plan, you must opt in to use BoardPro Notes for each meeting.
For a seamless annotation experience across all meetings, consider upgrading to the Premium plan. In addition to BoardPro Notes, the Premium plan includes features such as:
Digital Signing
Flying Minutes and Voting
Between-Meetings Collaboration
