Flying Minutes are available on the Premium and Ultimate Plans. If your board subscribes to the Essentials Plan, this feature will not be visible.

A Flying Minute (also known as a Circular Resolution) allows your board to make decisions between meetings.

When a Flying Minute begins, you will receive an email notification. Select the link in the email to open the Flying Minute.

The discussion stage allows board members to ask questions and discuss the motion before voting begins.

The discussion stage is optional, and the duration is set by the host when the Flying Minute is created.

Comments are emailed to all participating board members, and replies can also be made directly from email.

If you leave the Flying Minute page, you can return to it from Between Meetings in the left-hand navigation menu.
