Below is a guide on how to "build" the board pack.
NOTE: The board pack is NOT automatically sent out— you control the recipients when it is sent out.
When you have finished the Draft Agenda and are ready to publish, from your Meeting page, click on 'Publish Agenda'.
You can also click on 'Publish Agenda' if the Draft Agenda is open for editing.
Once you have published the agenda, BoardPro will create the Board Pack for you. A pop-up box opens that gives you three options of what you would like to do next:
Review Board Pack: This opens the Board Pack for you to review - no notification email is sent.
Email Board Pack: This opens a pop-up box that allows you to choose the recipients you would like to email a notice of the Board Pack to.
"X" or Close: Returns you to the Meeting page - no notification email is sent.
You can email out the Board Pack notification later from your Board Pack menu.

When the board pack notice is sent, recipients will receive an email that includes a link to view the board pack directly.
