To notify the Chair, CEO, or others who need to review or contribute to the minutes, use BoardPro’s Draft Minutes email function.

Go to the Meeting Details page, click the Minutes menu at the top, then select Email

When the pop-up box appears:

  • Select who you want to email the minutes to for collaboration

  • Personalise the greeting by choosing to include the recipient’s first name, last name, both, or none

  • Add any extra comments in the comment box

  • Click Send

Note:

When emailing the Draft Minutes, if someone in your organisation has Invitation Pending or No Access, an asterisk (*) will appear next to their name, indicating they cannot receive the email.

Additionally, users with the Executive/Guest access level cannot receive the email.
