Minute Count on an Agenda Item

View the number of minutes documented per agenda item

In Draft or Minutes in Review mode, you'll see an icon with a number next to it under each agenda item.


This number indicates how many minutes (notes) have been recorded for that item.​

This number represents the total number of minutes—notes, decisions, or actions—that have been added to the agenda item.

Note: The paperclip icon shows how many documents are attached to the agenda item
