The Decision Register can be found on the main navigation bar.

This is where you can find a historical record of all decisions and votes made by your board. You can look for decisions by using:

  • Change the Date: Use the calendar to adjust your date range to a specific time.

  • Filters: Type (Meeting vs Flying Minute) and Outcome (Not Approved, Approved and Not Set)

  • The Search box: type in a keyword to pull up all decisions where that word was found (whether from a decision made in a meeting, a vote or a Flying Minute however, you can extend your search by changing the date

  • The Reset button becomes available once filters are applied or text is entered in the search bar, allowing you to clear both the filters and search text.

This page can also be exported for reporting.

From your Decision page, you can:

  1. Change your filtering options by Date range, Type and Outcome.

  2. Search for a keyword or phrase.

  3. Export the results to a downloaded PDF.

  4. Click on a decision's title to open the minutes.

  5. Click the icon next to a Decision title to open the meeting or minute where the decision was added.

Note: Only Decisions in unconfirmed minutes can be edited.
