Decisions

Learn how to add and edit Decisions in Minutes.

Add a Decision

Decisions can be added against each agenda item, indicated by the green section on the left-hand side.

  1. Select Decision.

  2. Complete the Decision details.

You can:

  • Enter a title. This provides a summary of the Decision and makes it easier to find using search.

  • Set the Decision date. By default, BoardPro uses the meeting date, but you can select a different date using the calendar icon.

  • Record the outcome.

  • Add a mover and seconder (optional).

  • Enter the full details of the Decision, including any abstentions or other relevant information.


Edit a Decision

Once a Decision has been saved, there are two ways to open it for editing:

  1. Select the Decision.

  2. Open the context menu in the top-right corner of the Decision.

From the context menu, you can:

  • Edit the Decision.

  • Move the Decision up or down.

  • Move the Decision to another agenda item.

  • Delete the Decision
