Format the Minutes

Clear formatting from existing content

If you have pasted content from another application (for example, Microsoft Word) into your minutes, the formatting may appear correct in the editor but display incorrectly when previewing the minutes.

To remove unwanted formatting:

  1. Open the note or minute for editing.

  2. Select the text you want to update.

  3. Click Format > Clear Formatting.

  4. Click Save.


Paste Content as Plain Text

To avoid formatting issues when creating a new note, paste content as plain text.

  1. Open Add Note.

  2. Right-click in the text editor.

  3. Depending on your browser, select Paste without formatting or Paste as plain text.

  4. Click Save.

Note: After saving, preview the minutes to confirm the formatting displays correctly. Repeat these steps if necessary.
