If you've added a table and would like to customise its default formatting, here's how:
Format text within a cell
Click inside the cell, then select the formatting option you need from the toolbar.
A. Insert content
Use the Insert menu to add special characters, dates, emojis, or links.
B. Format text within a cell:
Click inside the cell, then use the toolbar to format the text. You can:
Apply a style.
Make text bold, italic, or <u>underlined</u>.
Change the text or background colour.
Align the text.
Note: You can also select specific text within a cell and use the toolbar to format only that selection.
Alignment
To change the alignment:
Click inside the cell you want to align.
Select Format > Align.
Choose the alignment you want.
Finally, you can resize rows and columns by hovering over a border, then dragging it to make the cells larger or smaller.
