If you've copied and pasted content from another application (e.g., Microsoft Word) into your meeting minutes, the formatting may appear correct in the editor but display incorrectly in the preview.

To correct the formatting:

  1. Open the minute entry you want to edit.

  2. Highlight the text with formatting issues.

  3. Click the Format dropdown menu and select Clear Format.

  4. Save your changes.

This will remove hidden formatting carried over from the external application.

After saving your changes, it is recommended that you preview the minutes to ensure the formatting appears correctly. If formatting issues persist, repeat the formatting fix steps.

To avoid formatting issues when adding a new note:

  1. Open the Add Note window.

  2. Right-click in the text box.

  3. Select Paste as plain text (if available).

  4. Click Save.

Pasting as plain text helps prevent unwanted formatting from external applications.
