Once you have completed writing your Draft Minutes and are ready to finish them, click on the blue Finish Draft Minutes located on:
the top right on the Meeting Details page
Or at the top right of the Agenda Details page.
A pop-up box will appear, offering the option to schedule the minutes for confirmation or choose not to do so now.
If you select "I'll do these now," a new pop-up box will open. Click on "Confirm on" and from the drop-down menu, choose the meeting you wish to confirm the minutes, or select "No meeting" to skip scheduling.
If you choose "I'll do these later," you can return to the Meeting Details page when ready. Click on "Finish Draft Minutes" and follow the steps outlined above.
Once the minutes are scheduled for confirmation, they will be displayed on the top right of the Meeting Details page.
