Edit Meeting Attendees in the Minutes

How to change the Minutes to show the actual attendance

Until a meeting has been confirmed, you will be able to edit the attendance in the minutes.

On the Meeting details page is the list of attendees and guests that were listed on the agenda. 

From here you can make apologies, add more attendees and write any notes that are pertinent to the attendees.
