BoardPro provides several email functionalities designed to streamline communication directly related to board activities.
Supported Email Features
BoardPro enables you to send email notifications under specific contexts. These include:
Meeting Notice Emails - Used for sending updates or reminders about upcoming board meetings.
Board Pack Notices - Includes links to board packs and related documents.
Minute Notices - Sent following a meeting to share minutes.
Action Assigned Notifications - Alerts sent to notify board members about assigned actions.
These features ensure that key updates and essential meeting documents are communicated effectively to all relevant board members.
There are also automatic reminder emails that are sent for Actions and Meetings, those can be manages under your Settings page.
Bulk Emails to Board Members - Emails tied to specific features, such as those listed above, are supported. Group emails to board members can be sent directly from the Meeting page for meeting notifications, agenda, board packs and minutes.
Alternative Communication Options
For general communications or to reach a member’s alternative email address, you’ll need to utilize external email tools or platforms outside of BoardPro. This ensures flexibility for any messaging needs that fall outside BoardPro’s designed scenarios.
