Annotating is a feature with the Premium and Ultimate Plans.
Essentials Plan users can add annotations, but they must opt in at every meeting.
If you are working in BoardPro Notes on a smaller screen, the layout will look different but has the same features
You can scroll to move to the next document or use the drop-down menu
Quickly scroll through any annotations you have made on the open document
Annotation tools (include highlighter, pen, sticky notes, text and shapes)
Search, Fullscreen, and Download
Note: If you are not able to see the download icon, it is possible that this feature has been turned off in your organization settings.
