Trouble logging in?
If you enter an incorrect email address or password, you may see one of the following messages:
“Sorry, we can’t find your account. Please check or update the email address and password entered.”
“Incorrect password. Please try again. You must reset your password if you haven’t logged in within the last 6 months. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ below to get started.”
Make sure you are logging in with your current BoardPro email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password:
Select Forgot your password? on the login screen.
Enter the email address you use for BoardPro.
Check your inbox and follow the instructions to create a new password.
If you are unsure which email address you use for BoardPro, or you are still having trouble logging in, contact your administrator or BoardPro Support for assistance.
