Trouble Logging In? Here's How to Fix It
If you try to log in with the wrong email or password, you’ll see one of the following warning messages:
"Sorry, we can't find your account. Please check or update the email address and password entered."
"Incorrect password. Please try again. You'll need to reset your password if you haven’t logged in within the last 6 months. Click 'Forgot your password?' below to get started."

Please ensure you're logging in with your current BoardPro email address and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
In the pop-up box, enter the email address you use for BoardPro.
Check your inbox and follow the instructions to create a new password.
If you’ve forgotten which email you use for BoardPro or are still having trouble logging in, please contact your Administrator or BoardPro Support for assistance.
