Where to find a summary of new actions that were added into a meeting.

The Close Meeting Agenda item at the bottom of your Minutes summarizes new actions created during a meeting.

This can be turned on or off, depending on whether you want it incorporated into the minutes.

  • Tick the box to show 'Actions raised in this meeting'

The list is shown in agenda item order with a context menu (3 dots) where you can edit the action or jump back to the agenda item

The summary will also appear on the Minutes Preview and PDF.ย

Nothing is shown in the Minutes Preview or PDF when the 'Actions raised in this meeting' box is unticked.
