Summary of Actions created in a meeting

Where to find a summary of new actions that were added into a meeting.

For new actions that have been created during a meeting, a summary list can be found at the bottom of the Minutes in the Close Meeting Agenda Item. 

Review Actions can be turned on or off depending upon if you wish it incorporated into the minutes.

  • Tick the box to show 'Actions raised in this meeting'

The list is shown in agenda item order with a context menu (3 dots) where you can edit the action or jump back to the agenda item

The summary will also appear on the Minutes Preview and PDF 

When the 'Actions raised in this meeting' box is unticked nothing is shown in the Minutes Preview or PDF.
