Where to find a summary of new actions that were added into a meeting.

The Close Meeting Agenda item at the bottom of your Minutes summarizes new actions created during a meeting.

This can be turned on or off, depending on whether you want it incorporated into the minutes.

  • Tick the box to show 'Actions raised in this meeting'

​The list is shown in agenda item order with a context menu (3 dots) where you can edit the action or jump back to the agenda item

The summary will also appear on the Minutes Preview and PDF. 

Hide
​Nothing is shown in the Minutes Preview or PDF when the 'Actions raised in this meeting' box is unticked.
