Board Members can only update the status of their own actions.
Administrators, Board Secretaries and Chairs can update the status and edit the actions for everyone within the organisation.
Two ways to find Action Items:
On the Home page of your organisation
Via the navigation bar under Meetings --> Action List
Board Members can also update their action status from within an email:
Clicking on the link will open up a new browser window where you can update the status for that individual action.
