How to update the status of your own actions within BoardPro

Accessing Action Items

There are multiple ways to find Action Items in BoardPro:

Navigate to the Meetings Tab > Actions on your Account's homepage to access the consolidated Action List containing all assigned tasks.

Alternatively, locate your personal items under the My Actions section at the bottom of your Account's homepage. This view is specific to your tasks.

Board Members can also update their action status from within an email:

Clicking on the link opens a new browser window in which you can update the status of that individual action.

Please note: You are not logged into BoardPro. You'll need to log in to review any of your other actions.

Note: Board Members can only update the status of their actions. Administrators, board secretaries, and chair members can update the status and edit everyone's actions within the organisation.
