These are the steps to find a history of any emails sent for a Between Meeting Report:
Open the Report
Click on the context menu (3 dots) on the top right-hand side
Select Email History
When it opens you will see:
A list of all the times the report has been emailed out and by whom
The number of people it was sent to
Any comments that were made in the email
The name, email address it was sent to and the status of that email
