Our new features released this week!

The new quorum feature will automatically alert everyone if there are not enough board members present at a board meeting. The alert appears on the meeting page and looks like this:

Voting Automation

You can now turn on Vote Automation and BoardPro will automatically calculate the outcome of your vote based on: quorum, abstentions, and the passing requirement set by your organisation.
