We have updated a few of our policies, here is what has changed

The following policies have now been updated in December 2020:

  2. End-User Terms

  3. Acceptable Use Policy

  4. Privacy Policy

Terms of Use:

Updated to clarify the use of anonymised, aggregated data for research purposes.

End-User Terms

Updated to clarify the use of anonymised, aggregated data for research purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

Re-written for clarity with a specific focus on Zero Tolerance for any type of abuse in BoardPro

Privacy Policy

We have updated the Privacy Policy for:

  1. Compliance with the new Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand

  2. Specific compliance with the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)

These terms are now live and apply to all new organisations and people from 21 December 2020. For existing customers, the terms come into force on 31 December 2020.
