Flying Minutes is a feature with the Premium and Ultimate Plans. If your board subscribes to the Essentials Plan then you will not be able to see Flying Minutes
You can use the Search in Between Meetings to quickly find a decision that was made by the board as a Flying Minute
In the Search Field you can type in your key word and under "All" select Flying Minutes
