A small release this week including

Adding a Comment

After feedback from a number of chairs and board members, comments can now be added to any vote, explaining why you chose to vote on a motion this way.

Comments are note available for an Anonymous vote. Your name, vote and comment are recorded in the Decision.

Handling Non-Votes

There is now a setting under Organisation Settings -->Voting Automation with what to do if a member does not vote. You can set the automation settings to reflect your organization rules how you wish to Handle Non-Votes.

Please note, if you are not sure what this setting should be please consult the Constitution/legislation that governs your organisation.
