When a new comment is added to either a Between Meeting Report or a Flying Minute (aka Circular Resolution), Board Members will receive an email notification that a comment has been created or replied to.

To answer directly back to the comment from your email click on Reply in your email (below is an example from Gmail).

Note: if you click on "View Comment" this opens up BoardPro into either the Flying Minute or Between Meeting Report where you still have the option to respond.

If you wish to turn off notifications for this particular Report or Flying Minute click on the email notification icon next to the Comments.

Between Meetings is a feature found on the Premium and Ultimate plans.
