When a board pack is updated after publication, it can be time-consuming to scroll through the full pack to find what has changed. View Changes makes this easier by highlighting all additions, edits, and deletions since the pack was last published — so you can review updates quickly and prepare for your meeting with confidence.
View Changes notification
If your board pack has been updated since you last opened it, you’ll see a prompt asking whether you’d like to View Changes.
What View Changes does
When you select View Changes, BoardPro will:
Highlight all updates within the pack
Show changes using colour-coded highlights:
Blue — content that has been added
Red — content that has been deleted or removed
Yellow — content that has been edited
You can also move through each change using the forward and backward arrows in the toolbar, making it easy to review every update without missing anything.
View the changes log anytime
You can return to the board pack changes log at any time by selecting the View Changes icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
