Note: The View Changes feature is available when accessing the board pack using a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Microsoft Edge) or the BoardPro Notes iOS app. This feature is available on Premium and Ultimate subscriptions only.
When a board pack is updated after publication, it can be time-consuming to scroll through the full pack to find what has changed. View Changes highlights all additions, edits and deletions since the pack was last published, allowing you to review updates quickly and prepare for your meeting.
View Changes notification
If your board pack has been updated since you last opened it, you will see a prompt asking whether you would like to View Changes.
What View Changes does
When you select View Changes, BoardPro will:
Highlight all updates within the pack
Display changes using colour-coded highlights:
Blue — content that has been added
Red — content that has been deleted
Yellow — content that has been edited
You can move through each change using the forward and backward arrows in the toolbar.
View the changes log at any time
You can return to the changes log at any time by selecting the View Changes icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
