Occasionally there can be last-minute changes to the Board Pack. Whether it is a new version of a document or changes to the Agenda itself (and the Board Pack has been republished) you will receive a notification alert when in BoardPro Notes.
The next time you log in to read the Board Pack it will appear in the text at the bottom of the screen:
Or if you currently are in BoardPro Notes a notice will come up with the options to go to the new version of the Board Pack or keep reading the old.
Note: you will not be able to annotate on the older version anymore but any
previous annotations/notes will be carried over to the new version.
