How to add a link to a file into an Action

Copy the Governance Document link

You can add a link to a file or folder in your Governance Documents to an Action. First in your Governance Documents, open the file or folder and copy the link from the three dots menu on the right.


Open the Action for editing

Go to Meetings > Action List and open the Action you want to edit.


Insert the link into the Action

Highlight the text where you want the link, then select the link tool from the menu.

Paste the link into the URL field and click Save.


Save the Action

Save your Action. The link will now appear in the Action.
