You can add a link to a file or folder in your Governance Documents to an Action.
Open the file or folder and copy the link from the three dots menu on the right.
Then you can just open the action from your Meetings > Action List page for editing.
Highlight the text to which you want to add your link and select the link tool from the menu.
Paste the link into the URL field and click Save.
Then save your action, and the link will appear in your Action.
