To use the Governance Documents to link additional reading/ appendixes for Board packs to an agenda:
Create a Folder in the Governance Documents
Add your documents to the folder
Copy the URL from the above bar
Paste the URL into the Insert/Edit Link button on the action bar
Links to documents can also be added to completed Actions.
Things to NOTE: If the meeting is confirmed then it will not update the minutes for that meeting as they are locked and cannot be edited.
The update though will appear on the action on the Action List page or if using the Smart Agenda Item- Action List in future meetings it can be reviewed in Completed Since -use the date picker to include the date it was completed
If the meeting is in the Minutes in Review stage then the Minutes will be updated.
