Current open actions can be downloaded either per individual user or for the whole board from the Action List page.
Under Meetings on the top Navigation bar -go to the Action List page.
Use the drop-down menu to select the name of the person or "All"
Click Download on the left-hand side.
From here you can either Save it or Print it from the PDF
