Where to Find Your Actions

There are two ways to locate your Actions:

  1. On the Home Page: Check the Home page of your organisation for a quick overview of your Action Items.

  2. Via the Navigation Bar: Navigate to the Action List by selecting Meetings in the navigation bar, then choosing Action List.

How to update your Action and its Status

There are three ways to update an action item:

From the Home Page: You can update your Actions directly from your organisation's Home page.

From the Action List Page: Access the main Action List page to view and update the status of your action items

  1. Use the drop-down list to find your own or All actions

  2. See the meeting where the action was added, the owner and the due date

  3. Update the status of the Action*

  4. Edit an action/send a reminder (only the Administrator, Chair and Board Secretary can)

  5. Download a PDF of the Current Action list.

*In Actions where multiple owners were assigned to an action, the name of the person who last updated the status is shown.

From the Action Notice Email: Board Members can update their Actions directly from the Action Notice email. Clicking the link in the email will open a new browser window where you can update the status for that specific action.

Please Note: To review or update other Actions, you must log into BoardPro.
