Move around agenda items/ sections -when this happens, resequencing of the agenda items is automatic.

Delete any agenda items and sections.

BoardPro will track the changes since they were last published via the Agenda Change Log so that you can decide when (or if) republishing is necessary.

If you do not rebuild, the original board pack is still in "play." However, if you decide to rebuild, the old board pack will be deleted, and a new version will be created.

When you are uploading a new document, instead of deleting the older version in your agenda, you can upload the updated document on top of the existing document making sure to keep the same file name. So instead of deleting the attachment and uploading a new version, leave the old version attached and upload the new version with the same filename - the system will replace the old version that way and carry over any annotations. This will ensure that any annotations your board members have made against that document will be carried across to the updated version.

When changes are made to the board pack and annotations are present, they will be carried over into the new version automatically. The only time this does not happen is if the administrator preparing the board pack deletes a report from the pack while annotations are present on that document—there is a popup to indicate if this is the case.
