Note: Only users with the Chair, Board Secretary, Administrator, or Senior Executive role can edit an agenda. See the Roles and Permissions page for more information.
Edit the agenda
From the Meeting Details page, click Edit Agenda.
This opens the agenda editor, where you can add, edit, move, or delete agenda items and section headers. You can also upload or remove documents as needed.
Note:
You can make as many changes to the agenda as needed.
The first and last section headers can be renamed but cannot be deleted.
The last section cannot be moved.
Moving a section also moves all agenda items within that section.
When deleting a section, you can choose to move its agenda items to another section or delete them.
Individual agenda items can be moved using drag and drop.
Individual agenda items can be deleted.
If you cloned the wrong meeting, you can rebuild the agenda provided the meeting is still in the Draft Agenda stage
