Edit a Published Agenda
After an agenda has been published, you can still make changes and republish it.
From the Meeting Details page, click Edit Agenda.
This opens the Agenda, where you can:
Add or delete documents.
Add new sections or agenda items.
Edit existing agenda items.
Move sections or agenda items. Agenda item numbering is automatically updated.
Delete agenda items or sections.
Note:
Changes made to a published agenda are not visible to board members until the board pack has been republished.
BoardPro tracks all changes made since the last publication in the Agenda Change Log, allowing you to decide when (or if) to republish.
If you do not republish, the original board pack remains available. If you republish, the previous board pack is replaced with a new version.
BoardPro will automatically republish an updated pack after 30 minutes.
Updating Existing Documents
When replacing a document in your agenda:
Upload the new version using the same filename as the existing document instead of deleting and reattaching it.
This replaces the existing file while preserving any annotations made by board members.
When the board pack is republished, annotations are automatically carried across to the updated document.
Important:
Annotations are only lost if the existing document is deleted from the agenda before the replacement is uploaded. If annotations exist, BoardPro displays a warning before the document is deleted.
Republish the Board Pack
After making your changes, republish the agenda to update the Board Pack.
Once republished, you can notify your board that the Board Pack has been updated and resend it to the required attendees to ensure everyone has the latest version.
Auto-Republishing of the Board Pack
The Board Pack is automatically republished when:
Changes have been made to a published agenda but have not been manually republished. BoardPro automatically republishes the Board Pack 30 minutes after the last change.
A board pack generation failure occurs.
