How to Publish the Agenda - new UI

Make your agenda official and share it with meeting participants

When the draft agenda is complete and you're ready to publish, you have two options:

  1. Navigate to the Meeting Details page.

  2. Click “Publish Agenda” to finalise and share it with meeting participants.

Alternatively, you can publish the agenda directly from within the agenda view by clicking “Publish Agenda” at the top of the page.

After clicking Publish Agenda, a confirmation box will appear with the following options:

  • Review the Board Pack

  • Close or click “X” to exit the box (you can choose to email the Board Pack later if preferred)

Once an Agenda is published, you still have the option to edit a Published Agenda as many times as you need.

Note:

Publishing a pack does not automatically notify anyone. When ready, you can email a notice that the board pack is available to your Board.
