By default, board documents can be downloaded and printed. You can disable downloading and printing for all users. When disabled, users can still view documents in BoardPro but cannot download or print them.
Disable document downloads and printing
Select Organisation Settings from the left-hand menu.
Open the Security tab.
Turn off Allow document downloads and printing.
Select Save.
Note:
Only Administrators, Board Secretaries, and Chairs can change this setting.
This is a global setting and applies to all documents and users in your organisation.
Before disabling document downloads and printing, we recommend notifying anyone who may be affected.
Excel, Tableau, and other file types specifically uploaded for distribution via BoardPro are exceptions. These are excluded from this setting and are always available for download.
